Here's a rare tour of 1164's second floor. Of great interest to Bewitched fans and 1164 preservationists
; - ) is the fact that the 1164's original brickwork is still intact all the way up
past the second floor window. You can clearly see the white fiberglass "bricks" clinging to the wood frame.
Even more interesting is that the 10-hole gable ornament
is still there, too! In the first photo below, you can see
it from the inside, with the 4 slanted enclosures being the insides of the 4 rows of holes. The 2 boards along the bottom
are part of the old exterior as well, and can be seen in my front elevations of the house!
