Here is my latest incarnation of Virtual 1164, not too far from completion. I created it for the PC game Quake III Arena at 4x scale to accomodate my desired level of detail. Quake's 3-D graphics engine is arguably the best one in existence, and is the only software capable of allowing free movement about the model in true, real-time 3-D. In fact, with a Pentium 4 and a good 3-D graphics card, the animation is "fluid" smooth! The filesize is also an incredible 40x smaller than the model's AutoCAD twin.
